This is my healing elixir:
- frozen (preferred) or fresh banana
- handful frozen (preferred) or fresh spinach/kale
- 3-4 frozen fruit pieces
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1-2 tbsp protein powder
- 1 tsp finely ground chaga that Cat foraged for me in MA a few years ago
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 heaping spoonful peanut butter (just peanuts and salt)
- 8 oz (or eyeball it) nondairy milk


optional:
- 1-2 tsp other health powder (flax, chia, husk)
- nondairy yogurt (unflavored, unsweetened)
- probiotic capsule sprinkled in
- applesauce or avocado if I have these on hand and feel like blending them
- oats
