This is my healing elixir:
- frozen (preferred) or fresh banana
- handful frozen (preferred) or fresh spinach/kale
- 3-4 frozen pineapple pieces
- 1/2-1 tsp matcha powder
- 1-2 tbsp protein powder
- 1 tsp finely ground chaga that Cat foraged for me in MA a few years ago
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 heaping spoonful peanut butter (the kind with just peanuts and salt)
- 8 oz (maaaajor eyeball on this measurement) nondairy milk
optional:
- 1-2 tsp other health powder (flax, chia, husk)
- other fresh/frozen fruit (in addition to or instead of pineapple)
- nondairy yogurt (unflavored, unsweetened)
- probiotic capsule opened up and emptied into blender
- applesauce, avocado if I have these on hand and feel like blending them
- vitamin d3 drops
- truly anything else I’ve got
