I don’t remember everything that happened in the dream because I know it was a lot. There was a main character and it wasn’t me. I think I played a role but then my character left and I just got to watch, like a movie.

The main character was going through some type of reckoning or growth related to relationships. She entered the spaceship with one person (it might have been me) trying to seduce them? I’m not sure what happened but there was some sort of split, she had a friend that turned on her with reason. Everything became a little clearer in the second half where she and the friend are not speaking and I am no longer playing a role.

We are on the spaceship. We are in a fine dining establishment absolutely full of people. The space is large with a long curved bar and many rooms. All the windows allow you to see outer space. You can see earth from some of them. Our main character is distraught. She wants to speak with her friend but her friend is ignoring her. She follows her around, almost chases. Her friend is in a group of 5. I think a waiter tells the main character that she has to stop following her friend around. Her friend gives her cold looks.

Eventually, she sits down at the table with the group and I’m not sure if they acknowledge her. She stares out the window and witnesses Earth disappear. She tells everyone at the table and they look out the window. They seem a little concerned but brush it off. Then, main character pulls out a remote and presses a button, saying “this will show us where the pacific ocean is” (to prove that Earth is still out there). Something glimmers out in the distance out of the window and there’s a sigh of relief, but then the light of the glimmer expands and races towards the ship in one plane, like an explosion. The light reaches the ship and the whole space fills with light and then it’s gone. At that point everything disappears, it seems like it’s all over, but then it returns.

Someone at the table says, “at least we are still here. we haven’t been affected.”

Suddenly, everyone realizes that they are going to die and their bodies are changing. For one person, one of their eyes goes completely black and another eye goes completely white, and then they explode. Two people at the table get this ravenous look in their eyes and begin making out which quickly turns into them eating each other. The main character doesn’t die in the dream that I could see, but it was inevitable and we all knew it was coming. That’s when I woke up.
